Job Summary

RJOY is a restorative justice (RJ) community-based organization dedicated to healing, empowerment, and social transformation. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and social justice oriented Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW or LMFT) who shares our commitment to RJ principles. In this role, you will provide high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. You will conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team to address client needs holistically while contributing to our broader mission of community healing and systemic transformation.
