The Black Male Circle uses restorative practices to create authentic dialogue. This dialogue is

focused on eradicating toxic masculinity and developing social equity in order to build a collective

mindset for positive movement toward social change. The men, both young men and adults,

engage in vulnerable conversation seeking and delivering candid resolution to very sensitive issues.
